服務條款 Terms of Service

1. 服務描述 About the Service

Matchi AI（以下稱「本服務」）由 Matchi AI 團隊營運，提供以人工智慧技術為基礎的英語口說練習平台。用戶可透過語音與 AI 角色進行英文對話，並獲得個人化學習回饋。

Matchi AI (the "Service") is an AI-powered English speaking practice platform. Users engage in voice conversations with AI characters and receive personalized learning feedback.

2. 帳戶 Accounts

使用本服務需透過 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入。您有責任維護帳戶安全，並為帳戶下的所有活動負責。

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

3. 訂閱與付款 Subscriptions & Payments

新帳號含 30 分鐘免費試用。付費方案 Premium 月繳 NT$600、年繳 NT$5,400（台灣價格；其他地區以 App Store 顯示為準），透過 Apple App Store 的 App 內購買（In-App Purchase）訂閱。訂閱會自動續訂，除非在當前計費週期結束前至少 24 小時取消；取消請到 App Store 的訂閱設定。退款依照 Apple 的退款政策處理。

New accounts include a 30-minute free trial. Premium is NT$600 per month or NT$5,400 per year (Taiwan pricing; other regions as shown on the App Store), purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; you can cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.

3.1 合理使用 Fair Use

Premium 供個人學習使用，語音與文字練習不設使用上限。若帳號出現明顯超出一般個人學習的使用模式（例如自動化程式存取、多人共用帳號或其他異常大量使用），我們保留暫時限制該帳號使用速率的權利。一般使用不會受到影響。

Premium is for personal learning, with no usage limit on voice or text practice. If an account shows usage clearly beyond normal personal learning (such as automated access, account sharing, or other abnormally heavy use), we may temporarily limit that account's usage rate. Normal use is not affected.

4. 使用規範 Acceptable Use

您同意不將本服務用於以下用途：

• 任何違反法律的活動
• 騷擾、濫用或傷害他人
• 嘗試破壞、干擾或未經授權存取本服務的系統
• 自動化大量存取或爬取服務內容

5. 智慧財產權 Intellectual Property

本服務的所有內容、設計、商標及技術均為 Matchi AI 團隊的財產。用戶在對話中產生的內容（如語音轉錄文字）僅用於提供個人化學習服務。為提供服務，這些內容會交由隱私權政策所列的服務供應商處理；我們不會出售這些內容，也不會將其用於廣告。

6. 免責聲明 Disclaimer

本服務按「現況」提供。AI 產生的回覆可能包含不準確的語言建議，不應作為專業語言教學的唯一依據。 我們不保證服務不中斷或無錯誤。

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.

7. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Matchi AI 團隊對因使用本服務而產生的任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不承擔責任。

8. 服務變更與終止 Changes & Termination

我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本服務的權利。重大變更將透過應用程式或電子郵件通知用戶。

9. 適用法律 Governing Law

本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
